Command Climate Survey
Regimental and Company NCOICs and LCPOs,
Beginning Monday 14 May there will be a Command Climate Survey (CCS) posted on the National Website.
All regimental NCOICs and LCPOs will disseminate this CCS to all Company NCOICs and LCPOs in their regiment not later than 1 August. The Company NCOICs and LCPOs will administer the survey to the personnel in their Companies and have the surveys completed and back to their regimental NCOICs and LCPOs not later than 30 Sept. The Regimental NCIOCs and LCPOs will pass the score sheets from their companies to me no later than 7 Oct.
These surveys are administered in the armed forces so that the Commanders can get a better idea of what is going on inside of their unit. From these surveys, you will learn a great deal about the welfare of your personnel, racism and or sexual harrassment within your Company, and what your troops feel is or isn't working.
Please follow the instructions on the survey. This is to remain confidential. Additionally, you will need to compile the scores on the score sheet, which you can also find on the National Website. Following the completion of the survey, keep a copy of the score sheet and the original surveys and send a copy of the score sheet to me so that I can pass the information to the National Commander.
I am having the NCOICs and LCPOs adiminister this CCS because this is part of your job as the senior enlisted personell in your Command.
